Shipping/Exchange Policy

To ensure that your package is properly delivered and you receive shipment within the time frame advertise, please make sure your address is fully entered and correct. Make sure your email is correct so you can receive the tracking number. Use correct abbreviations and have spaces inserted properly. We do not take responsibility for the incorrect information. If the package is returned non-deliverable Cuddlebuddie is not responsible.

Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you refuse any shipments from cuddlebuddie.org, you will be held responsible for the original shipping charges, plus the cost of returning the package to us. This amount will be deducted from your merchandise refund.

If your tracking information states that your package was delivered and you have not received it. You must address this with the United States postal service. Cuddlebuddie does not hold responsibility for packages that state to be delivered. We do not issue refunds for packages that state being delivered.

You will receive your order 7-10 business days from the date that it is shipped out, not necessarily from the date it was placed. When your order has been shipped you will receive an email with tracking information. Please allow time for your tracking to update.

We offer USPS priority mail to most locations (domestic & internationally) your shipping cost is displayed at point of check out.

Due to onesies being considered intimates, we do not allow any exchanges. We will assist with all questions about sizing.
